How do you start the Barheim Key quest? What shore is the site 11 key at? I've been thinking maybe in the Dalmasca Estersand. Is it there or on the Phon Coast?

How do you start the Barheim Key quest? What shore is the site 11 key at? I've been thinking maybe in the Dalmasca Estersand. Is it there or on the Phon Coast?
Start it by talking to Dantro at the Outpost and then to his wife and from there it is up to you.
Its on the Phon Coast, talk to the Bhjuerban man and it will be next to him.
Phon Coast, you talk to a guy sitting close to a boulder and he will tell you he fell from Bhujerba. Walk around him and you will find the key.
But you must finish the Antlion hunt first.

The site 11 key is on the Phon Coast where all the hunters hang out. I believe it's somewhere near the man who fell from Bujerba.

Ok, I gave the cactus flower to Dantro's wife, but I can't seem to find how to get him off duty at the Outpost. Some help with this?
Go back, talk to all in the place he used to be, someone will give you what his wife asked. Go back to her. She asks for more stuff. Keep doing it until you cross the river
