Neutral - not particularly good, but also not quite bad
2. How do you feel when you're sleep deprived?
Having severe insomnia for a number of years - normal. Being dizzy and/or fatigued and having difficulty focusing or understanding seemingly simple ideas has become normal to me. I believe I have adapted enough to function in society, but sometimes, the detriments are all too noticeable and impede my abilities.
3. How do you feel when you've overslept?
I don't, so I am unable to answer this question.
