I'ce got a Nokia 6070. I was going to save up for a much better phone, but I accidentally ruined my old phone, and I had to get a replacement. Seeing as my budget was already used up, I had to settle with one of the cheapest I could find. It still has a camera, although it's so bad, they could just as well have left it out. It can playback mp3 and midi ring tones, run java applications (and therefore also the Opera Mini web browser), and it doesn't really look like :skull::skull::skull::skull:, it looks more hightech than it is.
