Well whenever I do something like, stupid, I'll say that I'm having a blonde moment.

But not all blondes are dumb, you could have any colour hair and be dumb. xD

Really, depends on the person if you think about it...There ARE retaads with different colour'd hair.

But...being blonde myself, I do have to admit one thing, Girls who DYE there hair Blonde are pretty dumb
