lol, no, blonds arent dumb, they are just unluckily blond yet also dumb, or some of them anyway.

Someones hair colour doesn't make them dumb. Its just that the likes of people who are dumb, or who have said dumb things have usually been blonde. Its just a coincedence really.
Everyone's dumb at some point in their life. Some more than others, and hair color has nothing to do with it. Example
chocobos are more intelligent than tonberry's since all tonberry's can say is doink! and chocobos are blonde and tonberry's aren't.
