Evanesence is one of my favorites to listen to Live.
Another one Is Stephen Lynch, who has one of the best singing voices I've heard for a while. Rhapsody is also quite awesome live.

In Flames, by far the best live band I've ever seen. At one gig Anders was trying to ring an audience member's mum on their cellphone. Always a good show.

Some of the best live singers in my opinion are Blackie Lawless(WASP), Dave Mustaine(Megadeth), Chuck Schuldiner(Death), Rob Halford(Judas Priest) and Jon Nodveight(Dissection).
I could name more but those are the ones that stick out in my head at the moment.

And I also love watching live performances by Jeffrey Lewis, Kimya Dawson, Adam Green, The Libertines, Sufjan Stevens and OH SO MANY.

Otherwise, I would like to add the obvious Mikael Åkerfeldt and Daniel Glidenlöw.
"Coldplay" or this danish band called "Kira and the Kindred Spirits". Either of them really sounds wonderful live!
