The little thingy below a user's name...
I've seen a couple of people with funny little quips under their names. Their avatar is on the left, then they have their name, and below that, a little subtitle. How do I get that/enter it? If I have to earn it based on my time on the forum, when do I get it?
Eight months after you register unless an admin reaaaaaaaaally likes you.
You get points for using the word quips. If I were an admin, it'd be 7.5 months just based on that alone.
You can always use the Location field in the mean time
