http://ku.facebook.com/profile.php?id=16832849 Yup. I was convinced to get one. It's okay though, nice to see what my old friends are up to.
if you conform, you're not conforming to non-conformist ideals, so it's all good in the hood
that whole conformist/non-conformist BS claptrap raises my ire on occasion, but then i remember who the individuals involved are and how pretentious the prats seem to me...so do what you will.
that being said, i have a myspace...so far i'm underwhelmed but half of my friends are EOFFers! yay me!
Why did Facebook open itself up to the entire world? I thought that the very specific thing that made Facebook unique was the fact that it was a network for University students.
Now it's not.
Doesn't make sense to me. Do they think that by opening Facebook up to anyone and everyone, that they could compete with MySpace? They pretty much can't at this point. And I think it was silly of them to get rid of the one factor that made them unique.
I got both.
It's a good way to keep in touch with old friends, and people who don't live near me anymore.
(SPOILER)Okay... You got me. I have no friends. I only use MySpace to spy on hot chicks I used to stalk in High School.
heheheh smoten
SWWWWEEEEEEt
yah the myspace thing isn't too prolific amongst my real life friends, they still resist computer technology for the most part.
They're both gay. Hell, I'm fruity enough posting a LJ entry twice a year.
If I recall correctly, Facebook recently opened it doors to everyone. So even if you don't live in the US, you can still join. They are very different, I prefer Myspace over the other.
I have both a Myspace and a Facebook *geek*
I have a facebook but I never update it. xD If you can find me, feel free to add me.
I don't have a myspace. :3
