Make sure you grab the Limit Breaker in the southeast corner, and don't use it until you absolutely have to. I try to save it for the end, when I'm almost at the goal point. When you get close, just morph to the Gallian Beast and run, run, run; don't worry about the enemies who may be shooting at you, because this mission is about time, not kills.
