Obese or Anorexic?

Anorexic, because it's a lot easier to gain weight than lose weight.

I'd eat lots of good, unhealthy stuff and it'd be all good.

Except... except that the definition of anorexia is that you're pretty much unable to eat. It's like saying you'll get over having your lungs removed by breathing normally.

And how are you planning to cover up severe immune system dysfunction?

By being pretty, of course.
