On a scale from 1 to 10, my luck is a 9.
I don't believe in luck because, like fate, it means I do not control my life. I don't like that idea.
Life's what you make out of it. As much as you have luck you will have misfortune also, it just depends on your subjective take on to the situation at hand.
I would have to say I'm very lucky.

My friends often believe me to be lucky however I strongly disagree for several obvious reasons in my past. Still I'd say a 5 for every time I have been unlucky something lucky has happened to me too.
Even my parents tell me I don't have luck!
