Yeah, I think this every time I eat something. It's not good. There's rarely a time where I can just sit down, relax, and ENJOY a meal without feeling guilty over it.
If I'm having an actual meal, like dinner...it probably wouldn't stop me from eating enough to satisfy myself. But when I'm eating snacks, yes, thinking that does make me stop. Can't be depressed and eat at the same time. :-\
