As for the ending lines, I'm not really liking them. Mostly because the original have some of my most favorite quotes.

So the Dragon's Den (Bonus Dungeon) and Soul Shrine are about +10 or more hours of gameplay. Not to mention that I took this game pretty fast (20 hrs to Kefka's Tower with all WoR sidequests done).

So they changed 'monument to non-existence' to 'Empire...OF DEATH". Wow, and I was worried they would change it to something cliché and stupid; they sure showed me.

I don't think it's sounding bad. It's just different from the rushed and compressed original English script.

I think the translation is spelling a lot more things out clearly. Plus a lot of the townspeople are a lot more obvious with "clues" as to what else is going on and where to go. I'm actually enjoy the translation. I always found it weird how Cyan mostly only said Thou when you first got him, but he's saying it more as the game continues.

I dont' remember what Relm says when you talk to her aboard the Falcon in the original version, but now she will say "Come on! Lets go knock the crazy right out of that guy!"

Did they change any of the character portraits? I sincerely hope that, if they did, they don't look as horrible as FF4 Advance's ones did.

I dont know if this has been mentioned already but does the piece of paper on the table in the returner's hideout (the one you can choose to toss in the trash or leave) have any significance yet? It's still there
