Clever Reference

did anybody else notice the don quixote reference in balfonheim? go to the whitecap and talk to one of the men in there. they say something about a weird man that used to frequent the whitecap. this man supposedly killed a giant wyrm, but other people say he just yells at windmills. this obviously isn't his exact words, but i thought it was pretty funny.
