Ok so i just talked the elder at Dalan's and i am in the midst of finding the 3 pieces, at the Garamsythe Waterway i did what the guide told me on "ff12maps" and still no key when it says to activate the 4th panel does that mean open the gate or close it? And what does deactivate mean? Can someone please tell me the steps in something i will understand..
