Britain - all over the place. Especially in Northern Ireland though, been to loads and loads of places there.
United States - Illinois, Indiana, Missouri, and have had layovers in Texas and Atlanta. Edit: Texans = friendliest people I've ever met.
Spain - Somewhere
Ireland - Sligo, Galway, Donegal

I want to go to more places. Much of the US, Australia, New Zealand, and China are top of the list.
