Being able to have a two hour sex marathon is indication enough for me to consider myself healthy and fit.

>>> Sorry but these are the only ones that made sense for me, I think the other stuff has nothing to do with being healthy..
I'm sort of weird about my health. I really don't eat healthily. I don't eat much, and if I do, it's noodles or yoghurt, because they're the only foods that don't make me feel sick.
Of course I do eat dinner, but not MUCH of it.
But I work out extremely lots and lots and like to keep fit.
So I really need to start eating better.
Thank you, EoFF thread 2090978.
I have seen the light.
Being physically healthy is being able to use basic motor skills and taking good care of yourself (getting enough sleep, eating enough, watching your weight, etc.)
Mentally healthy, being able to socialize, not thinking really weird thoughts seriously, and knowing enough to get through life.
There aren't any, my bad, this is more like a personality test than it is a quiz
ELS got the just of it. People don't always consider Social Health (the ability to keep good relationships), Spiritual Health (Peace of mind) and Emotional Health (ability to recognise your own emotions and deal with them in a postive way) in overall 'being healthy'. This is pretty much what our project is on in this class. To see how important people see these types of health important compared to physical health.
