Total Pacifist
After some of my younger siblings were caught going to porn sites, my mom wanted to ban them from web sites until someone confessed. So we tried using Internet Explorer's block web sites without a password feature. Since AOL uses IE directly for a lot of its functionality, this disabled AOL browser access, and it prevented them from accessing AOL email. Lesson: IE's settings are useless for this.
We downloaded a trial of Norton Internet Security Family Edition, but it was kind of a pain, however, it did prevent them from going to web sites. Other than that, I don't have any ideas.
