I did it several years ago. It took 25 hours on Expert Mode. If Ultima Shadow were here, he could do it in 20.

I think it goes to Lvl 100 in KH1.
Getting all keyblades isn't hard, and neither are the Olympus Tournaments. (Especially if you are a high level)
As for beating all the bosses...
Ice Titan isn't hard if you know what you are doing and know how to use Guard.
The Phantom can be hard if you don't know what you are doing.
Kurt Zisa can also be hard because in one part of the battle, he restricts you from using Magic/Summons.
Sephiroth is very hard to most people. You absolutely have to know what you are doing. (Though Goldenboco saw for himself, how I made Sephy look like a joke. Tavrobel and Ultima Shadow can probably pwn Sephiroth better than I can though.)
Getting to lvl 100 isn't hard either. Most people would probably use Ice Titan, though I find Sephiroth not too challenging, and just beat him until I get to lvl 100. Every time you beat Sephy, it's an automatic lvl up.
Takes too long? Just avoid fighting too many Heartless and skip the scenes of the game.
If you want a real challenge, try beating Sephiroth at lvl 50 or lower. (Yes, I know you probably have already done this too Tavrobel and Ultima Shadow.)

Day1: Wake up at 7, get dressed etc.
Play from 7:30 till 12:30 (5 hours)
Lunch.
Play 1 till 6. (10 hours)
Eat Dinner.
Watch Tv etc until 10.
Day2: Do the exact same.
There.
