Well, this would be my routine if it was a weekend:

Day1: Wake up at 7, get dressed etc.
Play from 7:30 till 12:30 (5 hours)
Lunch.
Play 1 till 6. (10 hours)
Eat Dinner.
Watch Tv etc until 10.

Day2: Do the exact same.
