Oh, duh, I just figured it out. I was a bit warm though while I was thinking of Doma. It's Cyan/Cayenne.

A coward's what I'm not. Nope, he just speaks with an old English accent (in the NA release, at least), and got such a big grudge against the Empire that his ghost would haunt them if Kefka didn't kill the Emperor, destroyed Vector and most of the world, and then got defeated by the party.

I was thinking Terra till the dance floor bit. But I would say Mog, but you never really *NEED* him, unless you want to use the charm. So yeah, I will GOE with MOG, for 500 Trebeck.

An advent of fate, a cut deck of cards - this line states it is an event that is fated (no getting around it) the the cut deck of cards refers to Ghestal basically rigging the meeting, the conversation, everything.
the ace of spades, when the dealer plays. - though you play your cards well, you will never win - as the dealer always has the proverbial ace of spades.
