    Is it yellow or green?
    On paper or screen?
And how fast can it grow
    with a lavender glow?

No. Maybe it is a bit harder than I thought. The riddle eludes to a key noun in the game.

The warring triad (the three goddesses) on the floating continent.

A quarter a dozen, the problem of all
chaos contained, within in the wall
With the slightest bump, it will fall.

Quarter of a dozen --> there are three of them.
the problem of all --> just what it says
chaos contained --> The balance of the three of them is what keeps things contained, "balanced" as in the World of Balance.
within in the wall --> not a hundred percent sure what this line means.
With the slightest bump, it will fall --> when Kefka moves the statues out of alignment, the Floating Continent falls.

All very correct. Within the wall basically means that they are contained, and hey, it rhymed

Awesome, possum. Lemme give some thought to this, and I'll have a riddle ready as soon as I can.

I want to argue that with that same logic, it could be the things that you push as weights down to solve the riddles of the game...

LOL, im just saying another answer to your riddle is the 4k weights you must push down at certain points in the game to solve riddles, it follows all the same criteria...
