England is too expensive, dreary cold. South America is interesting, but kind of chisy and dirty and not as nice, by far, as North America. The islands are goofy, but uncomfortable unless you'd be just as happy living on a sailboat.
America is, by far, the best place I've ever been. The states in particular, since most of northern Canada may as well be Scandinavia.
