Two Players??????
Have you noticed that Final Fantasy iV for the Playstation is a two player game.... weird? Does anyone actually play this game with someone else? I tried it out with a friend, but it didn't work out too well. In battle either one of you can control any character and that can cause some mistakes and when roaming the World Map you can have two people fighting against each other making the sprite run around in circles and twitch.

My cousin and I used to fight each other because she liked to use the second controller to move in the opposite direction.

They had this on FFIII(VI) for the SNES. And back when I was younger my bro was the only one that could correctly do blitz. So I controlled Cyan and someone(changed), and he controlled Sabin and Edgar.

I tried two player on FF9 once lets just say without communcation skills its hard to keep it going for more than 15 mins without one of you randomly throwing the controller at the TV screen through rage.
This split my family apart for months.
Whoa, I never knew any Final Fantasy game had 2 player mode!

I tried it in FFVI once and I thought it was pretty dumb.
"When Shadow and Terra's turns come up I give the commands. You control the other characters."
I found it rather pointless since I can easily control all the characters by myself.
Yea, this made my friends hate Final Fantasy.

I think it was only good for a game like FFVI if you wanted your "ubber leet game omg friend" to do all of Sabin's special Blitz moves for you.

What do you mean FFIII, is FFIV.
FFIX 2 player gameplay would have been decent... if my friend hadn't gotten Garnet.
