For the bad girls, I'll vouch for Annette Burkin. Alexia is cool too.
But my least favorite (although not hate nor dislike) will be Ashley Graham of RE4. Gameplay-wise, she's just another added difficulty. Character-wise, she's a typical American teenage blonde. Somewhat spoiled and demanding. Her screaming "Leoooon! Heeeelp!" can be irritating.

Since the only one I've played more than a few minutes is RE4, I'd have to go with Ada too.
Ada's pretty foxy, but she's unpredictable. Jill is a more safe bet.

Yep! His Spanish accent is quite enamoring! I often referred to him as Antonio Banderas when I didn't know his name yet. Plus I like his Red9 and the fact that he's a (SPOILER)researcher of Las Plagas.
It's just too bad (SPOILER)he gets killed by Osmund Saddler's freakish tentacle around halfway of them game.
