Canadian Meetup?

Well, when is best for everyone? Anytime in July-August would be the best bet (since most schools in Ontario would be out by then for anyone living in the area planning to attend.)

Another thing we should probably do is get a written permission for people under 18 to go (just like the UK meet-up people do).

Hotel(s), where we're going, when and who is coming is the info we need as well, anything else?

bah Agrias got it wrong I'd love to make my English ass get over to Canada for this meet up too but I've gotta raincheck it. I'm booking a month in Austrailia this year so yeah that's kinda impossible. However next year I have promised Agrias that I will make my way out to Canada to meet up with her and whatever other random fools decide to come and see the English guy.
