Wasn't the other town with Coral Rings Batz's Home town? I know it's one of the sucked into the void towns, since I remember getting loads of gil in the 2nd world specifically to buy them, then when I return, I find the town disappears xD

There's 5 magic pots in Phoenix tower actually - There's 30 floors, and there's one every 5 floors. Floor 30 doesn't count since it's the roof
The armor with the highest defense is the Bonemail, but I don't know if you'd consider it the best because it makes its wearer undead.

The Power Staff.
I think the Wonder Rod, Sage Staff, and Wizard Rod all have *abilities* that can be reflected (random chance when you hit something with them) but cannot be inherently reflected like the Power Staff, the most underrated weapon ever.
On a side note, I do consider the Bone Mail the best armor, because you can use black magic to heal. I never liked using white magic, anyway. But if it isn't that, the White/Black provide the highest magic defense, I think, and the Crystal Amor is the best physical defense.

What does the Power Staff do, that can be reflected?

Wait a minute. I do believe u meet king tycoon after the wind crystal incident. I think its at the earth crystal where he under some mind control. I can't remember if thats when he died but i'm sure it wasn't at the wind shrine.
King Tycoon dies after the Earth Crystal shatters and Exdeath returns.
I think you can only get one Thief Glove.
