Dunno the enemy, but is it the 1000 HP damage attack, unless I'm mixing up with FF6?
It's the same attack in both games; yes, it's the 1,000 damage attack.
I can't think of the enemy at the moment, either. Maybe it'll come to mind later.

The Items I got there are:
HiPotion,3*Cottage,2*Ether,2*FenixDown,2*Elixir,MaidnKiss,Ashura(DarkSword),Giyaman(Bell) and Shuriken.!
(made my own little FF5Walkthrough, so I know this)

Master.Pug, you get it from Tycoon Castle at World 1, when you talk to the Chancellor and he takes you to that place. He lets you take some stuff from treasure chests, then he says something like "This staff has been our national treasure for a long time now. I want you to take it, Princess Lenna", and then he gives you that staff.
I'll give you a hint: the best usage for that staff is hitting your own guys with it, or hitting undead monsters with it. Just don't use it on normal enemy monsters.
