As for the horse, I thibnk you're talking about the Helvinek, which "Appear everywhere after you have killed six Oversouls. If you can't find the Oversouls, just defeat the other enemies as many as you can, you will eventually get to find six Oversouls."
helvinek isn't too hard, make someone berserked+hasted+bravery'd to whittle down his HP and keep the others healin' real good.
Healer to heal the tank, tank to do the main damage, and a buffer to hit at a distance, stopping when necessary to recast any buffs (Bravery, Haste, Bubble, etc.)
Shouldn't take too long.
In one of the room there is a secret merchant but he doesn't sell normal items.
My friend said that you can get telekinesis and the strongest spell in the game, that's why I'm going there.
Also, where does one find Bravery and Faith?

you can buy them from the clan provisioner in Rabanastre, I think. they're definitely worth looking into.

The horse, Helvinek, is a rare monster... The hp/level isn't supposed to show. I faced it too.
You can avoid it by not killing 6 Oversouls, if you kill 6 of them the horse will spawn.
Helvinek doesn't show up around the merchant if you get into the Necrohol via Salikawoods.

Thats the problem, I entered through the deadlands. Does the merchant sell any good equipent too?

He does sell Maximilians and other great stuff but only AFTER you start the Ridorana mission

Vayne first 2 forms suck like a Wild Saurian. His last form can give ya trouble. I beat him at 55 and then went back to do the boring sidequests.
And something completely off topic but: Did Pokemon really show James of team rocket wearing that!? :P
Well the main people I use are Vaan, Balthier and Basch at lvls 63, 64, and 55 respectively, but I heard that he raises a anti-physical shield and the best Spell user I have is lvl 46 Ashe with Scathe.
Also, what are some good equipments to prevent damage and statuses during the fight, and are his special attacks elemental?
and Magus of Zeal, yes, the James thing happened. He got implants to win a bikini contest, the same way Ashe did.
