I wouldnt go as far as saying bald people look 'Ugly', thats just being rude. They just dont look as attractive, but it depends on what the bald person actually looks like; features and body tone...
So dont say all bald people are hideously looking..!!
It's not being rude. If I walked up to a random bald person in the street, an said: "you're ugly", that would be rude. Me thinking they're ugly, is not rude. To me, a woman looks ugly bald regardless of facial features etc, because they look unfeminine. A bald woman to me, looks like a woman that has dragged herself up as a man.
