Mine would have to be Jill Valentine. She's sexy in her outfit in RE3 and wields guns! She's also a member of the S.T.A.R.S. Alpha Team. That's equivalent to SWAT.

I also love Ada Wong in RE4. Tommy Gun + a fiery red dress = One sexy biatch!
