    Default TV on my computer

I recently bought a Theater 550 Pro card, to be able to watch and record TV on my computer. The card works fine, however it was packaged with Power Cinema. That program is a POS. Won't record anything if I have more than two (non-conflicting, as in not at the same time) TV shows, and sometimes only records static. No patches are available either.

Sometimes when I start the program, I only get static (until I change the channel, then it works perfectly).

So I was wondering, is there any better programs I can use, or are these things card-specific?

It's potentially a card driver issue.

The only free capture program I can think of that's any good is Media Portal. You can try that out.
