I find it facinating how a document written over a decade ago still has a lot of value today.
Some of it is very dated; I don't think all of you will understand the context of the time this was written. I daresay some of you think that the world wide web *is* the internet! However, as a source of netiquette, it is a very valuable read and won't take too very long.
