Smilie Withdrawal

When I added to the smilies I specifically made sure that it would not be on the quick list because I remember that at one point I wanted to have my on the quick list but was told that it would not be aesthetically pleasing to have something so big next to the other smilies that were so much smaller.

So, I wonder which Admin did this and I guess this also then means that I can now add to the quick list and maybe remove .

I've had smilies turned off for probably a year now. The only one that I occasionally uncheck the Disable Smilies box for is :p.
