I done it, here's my char's levels:
Vaan- 22
Basch- 19
Ashe- 19
Balthier- 18
Fran- 18 or 17 ( can't remember )
Pelelo- 13

Well that's it, now I'm just struggling through the puzzling paths of the Tomb.
