she appears randomly at different towns. Basically, find two towns, and go back and forth between them. Easy to do on floating continent between the mini village in the forest, and the town on the east. There is just a lil water seperating them. Go back and forth and she'll appear randomly in one.(I need to finish this game... damn FFVI Advance!)
