Ozmone Plain. Outside of Jahara.

Kill all Chocobo's first. It's VERY hard to spawn.

If you are just doing this to get a ribbon or gemsteel there are alternatives...

so itll spawn in the section right outside of jahara? cuz i thought that but it never comes, is it like a 40% chance like most rare monsters?
