This is real. www.cheapassgamer.com is your one stop resource for all things cheap having to do with games. That list most likely originated there and it was more than most likely and employee of Best Buy printing out the list and posting it online for all to see.
The only problem with a sale like this is that it really isn't a sale and just a massive price drop. Most of those games have been out of stock at 90% of Best Buy stores as it is.
Nothing on that list got my attention enough to care.
