Tales of Phantasia and Destiny are the only ones Ive played. And I can tell you without any hesitation that I prefer Phantasia.

Tales of Eternia (PS1 and PSP)
Tales of Rebirth (PS2)
Tales of Symphonia (PS2 and GC)
Tales of Legendia (PS2)
Tales of the Abyss (PS2)
All the other GBC Tales games..
