I've played all Tales games with the exception of Destiny and the JP exclusives. They're all good games so it's hard to choose. But I guess I would pick Symphonia since that was my first Tales and it's what got me into playing Tales games

Symphonia has a special place in my heart.
Tales of Phantasia and Destiny are the only ones Ive played. And I can tell you without any hesitation that I prefer Phantasia.
I've only played Tales of Destiny and Tales of Eternia. I prefer Tales of Eternia. Great game.

Phantasia because it's the only one I've played. But it was good!
TotA because of Jade, the kickass battle system and a crapload of other cool things
I've played Phantasia, Legendia, and Symphonia. Phantasia's not bad, Legendia is meh, but Symphonia is made of wonderful.
