There is one place you can get a wildsnake in giza, during the dry, it's where those werewolves are

I'm pretty sure the ozmone plain snake is a different one, because I've run into a million of them and still lack about 8 of the snakes in giza. Or maybe not, but the last time I checked, that was the case.
