Why is it that all people have the common sentiment of fear for snakes? I see nothing scary about them, they seem more serine then anything to me. I think most peoples fear of snakes is a primordial instinct left from when apes where a favorite of prey among serpents

What I consider scary is what looks vicious. Sharp teeth, big horns, psychopathic look (see platypus for more information)
