besides fighting strong monsers, there is an Accessory
named - Embroidered Tippet - it can Doubles EXP Earned in Battles
you can find it in Old Archades-Tchitas Uplands.
this is what I came up with from discussing leveling up in FF XII with a friend of mine who is FF series hilarious
PS: better to exchage the Accessory between the party.

scene I'm on the 20th hours in the game - I didn't know accessory like that.
I just heard of it from my friend who played over 100 hour an hour ago
and many members is asking about leveling thing.
I think this topic is an achievement for some ppl like me - who seek for leveling up.

Before the Tippets are available, get Gold Amulets: Double LP, even when the character is not active
Sage's Ring is good too: 1/2 MP cost.
