Sex or masturbation can easily fall into this category also.

Nah seriously now you can have a warm bath before going to bed, it quite works with me
I tend to fall asleep in the bath and after I wake up by almost drowning, I tend to be wide awake.

I like having more time to do things but when you live with people who require 8 hours of sleep or they wake up with a pension for murder, you find you are somewhat limited in your options...
