Thread: NDS

    Default NDS

How long do you think the NDS will be in stores? Meaning, how long do you think before it becomes like the XBOX, or PS1.

I would have to say it will not become isolated for another few years, more than two. It is still the number one selling system, despite the next generation systems launching. Unless they make another hand held, that is better than the NDS. That is another question I have. Do you think Nintendo will launch a second hand held, before its time. Meaning, before the NDS dies?

A long ass time, based on its current popularity. Unless you mean the original DS (ie not DS Lite), which I'm surprised they are still selling.

For all who is wondering, I am talking about the DS Lite. Yes, its popularity is freaking huge, number one selling system right now, and even when it dies down from number one selling system, I still judge it will take years before its completely knocked out.

Also, I know I posted this last time. But do you think Nintendo will release a second hand held, while the NDS is still the number one selling system. Or do you think they will wait until it dies down a bit?

I can't think of a reason as to why they would want to divert sales away from a massively successful handheld in its prime by releasing a new one right away.

The NDS Lite has been out what, nine or ten months? Its still very new, they should not make another hand held for years to come. Or if the NDS dies early.

I actually saw a NDS today. A regular one. Lmao.

I like the regular ones. I think they feel better than the Lite.

The DS is a ten year investment.

You can still buy the original DS. I like the Lite better, its smaller, lights up better.
