The new interlude in the AC version is pretty great, especially the new choir part that plays when (SPOILER)Sephiroth drops the top of Shinra HQ on Cloud.

me personaly i would have to say acs version hands down i listen to it all the time cause i have it on a cd.
Both are suitable and enjoyable in their respective contexts. Just listening to them on a CD, I prefer FFVII's.
On a side note the AC version calls to mind Trans-Siberian Orchestra every time I hear it.
Both are great, but I'm going with the AC version.
Trivia: The beginning of One Winged Angel is loosely based on the beginning of Purple Haze.
