The first time I played Wii Baseball I hurt my arm. Just remember to take it easy from now on. :P
I haven't hurt myself playing my Wii yet, but my sister's boyfriend got close to smacking me in the face with a Wii Remote.
THE RIDICULOUS MANUAL PREDICTED THE FUTURE! ZOMG!
I have yet to hurt myself when playing the Wii. Whenever there is people in the room, I always tell them to back away from me when I'm playing
Vaan - "Hey, you!"
Penelo - "Yeah, you! The one reading this sig at this very moment!"
Vaan - "Interested in playing FFXII International Zodiac Job system?"
Ashe - "But you have no knowledge of the Japanese language?"
Fran - "....We could help...."
Balthier - "That's right, Fran! Just click on Crossblades' thread on the very bottom of this signature and it will show you all license grid translations, magicks and tecks locations, and other changes that were made!"
Basch - "Don't forget though. Swap Magic is needed to play this game if you don't own a japanese PS2."
Vaan - "Also remember that if you played the original, you'll have an easier time playing the international version. We hope you enjoy the International Zodiac Job System experience. See ya then!"

Wii have a problem
:mario::luigi:
I once played the awesome DBZ game for 2 and a half hours without a break. When I took a break to use the bathroom, I found my arm was incredibly sore.
Nah, I just use the Blast2 moves a lot. The ones I like to use the most are the ones that require 3 movements, and I do 'Wiggle Charges' (my name, not the game's) and Dragon Homing attacks a lot too. I recognized that it registers the moves quicker/easier if I do it quicker and more forcefully.
I've mastered being able to pull off a Counter Kamehameha-type move to cause a Ki Clash. That takes some quick arm movement.
I pulled my right arm muscle after playing 4 hours straight of Wii Boxing. Couldn't move it for a week.
