    1. FFIII DS
    2. Kefka
    3. Too many to list/question is too vague. As in, consistently better than FF or every title is better than the best FF title? There are many series I consider superior to FF on average, but not many that have games better than the best FF games.
    4. Anyone in Xenosaga in general is better than anyone in FF. But then Xenosaga, and FF, aren't RPGs.

    Also, series loyalty is rather stupid. Just throwing that one out there.
