It's character art for a specific Goomba in Paper Mario 2. This game confused me, because like, some Goombas were good, and yet others were like, not good.

I was going to put goombas on my current art project until I realized that their 8-bit sprite really looks like a wiggling penis. I mean really, really looks like one.
