It depends, I don't trust people, I would ignore him/her if I would smell something fishy.

If there were other people around I would just leave "nothing happened".
If I was alone and sure that he/she is hurt I would help right away no matter how serious the accident was.
If he/she was a friend I would run there right away without second thought.

Pull over, call 911, and see what can be done to help the injured person. Anything else would be criminal.

I would call an ambulance but I wouldn't mess around with the person cuz I could make things worse. Unless, the person could speak and was telling me to do something and directly telling em what to do and how to stope blood or something.

When someone stole a bike from us my mom ran outside and asked the people outside that very question. Then she relized how ridiculouse that was and ran back inside to call the cops.
